About our rates

The rates reflected on the rate calculator are based on chargeable weight. The chargeable weight (kg) of a shipment is determined by the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight (LxWxH (cm) / 5000), whichever is greater.

Other fees

Indicated rates cover shipping fees only from Metro Manila to the nominated recipient/s abroad. Our payment term, Delivered Duties Unpaid, would mean that if ever your parcel is subject to duties and taxes, your consignee will need to settle this before receiving the parcels.

Apart from this, other possible additional charges such as USFDA Prior Notice, remote surcharge, oversized cargo fee, special handling fee, additional insurance fee, and other incidental fees are excluded. In the event that your parcel will need additional charges, the ZendEase team will reach out to you and inform you of the additional charges that your parcel may incur before we send out the billing invoice.
