How does ZendEase ship from the Philippines?

ZendEase has been working with many different sellers from the Philippines since 2021 and since then we’ve been constantly improving our system to give a seamless experience for our customers. You can now fulfill your orders from the Philippines with ease in just a few simple steps.
1. Create a Shipment on the ZendEase website
When creating a shipment on the ZendEase website, there are a few things that we would need from you. The first is to provide us with your details and your recipient/consignee details. This includes the addresses, contact number, and emails of the ones involved. Second is to create an itemized packing list for us to see the quantity of items you will be sending. This allows us to check if there are any restricted or prohibited items in your shipment. After the packing list, we would like you to let us know the declared value of the shipment. This allows us to properly advise you if there may be any possible duties and taxes charged at the destination country. We would also ask you to provide the box dimensions and the weight of your box for us to properly quote your shipment.
2. Wait for our team to check the acceptability of your items
After providing your packing list, our team will advise you if all the items are acceptable or not. If there is a restricted or prohibited item, our team will let you know before your box is picked up and brought to our office so that any items that may cause issues need not be returned. If there is a restricted or prohibited item, we will ask you to edit the shipment and remove the item before the box is picked up.
3. Schedule a Pick-Up or a Drop-Off
When all your items are approved for shipping, you can now schedule the pick-up of boxes or to drop it off in our office. We also offer free pick-up for addresses located in Metro Manila. We make sure to check your preferred time of box delivery or pick-up and try to follow it as much as possible but there may be delays based on the availability of our partner riders.
4. Payment
Once we receive your items in our office, we make sure to double check if all the details provided in the booking are consistent. We check the box dimensions and weight, as well as the items inside each box. Once everything is finalized, we send you a billing and you can settle the payment through bank transfer, payment link, or cash if you decide to drop us a visit.
5. Express Delivery
After everything is paid for, we will prepare your shipment for transit to your choice of country. You only need to seal your boxes for safe transit to our office but leave it to us to secure your items for safe transit to the country of destination. When the booking is finalized, we will send you the tracking number and tracking link for reference of your express shipment delivery.Our standard transit time for shipments once they leave our office is 5 to 7 days. Transit time may take up to 14 days if the delivery address is a remote area but we’ve noticed that neighboring countries around Asia have had transit time as quick as 2 days. Our team will let you know regarding the transit time of your shipment and inform you if any possible delays or if your shipment will arrive earlier than expected.
